Olga Ostasyuk, Esq.
Olga Ostasyuk joined the firm of Townsend, Tomaio and Newmark, LLC in September 2024. Olga has over 10 years of legal experience, including extensive judiciary clerkship experience. She began her legal career as a Court Clerk and later a Law Clerk at the Court of Appeal of the Lviv region, Ukraine. Later she was a Judge at Ochakiv City District Court of the Mykolaiv region, Ukraine, where she presided over hearings in civil and criminal cases and issued legal decisions.
Olga received her law degrees in both the Ukraine and the United States: Juris Doctorate, Master of Law and her Bachelor of Law degrees. While in law school, she served as a Clinical Student at International Human Rights Clinic, Rutgers Law School, Newark. She participated in vacating and expunging charges for victims of Human Trafficking. She was recognized for outstanding achievements in human rights advocacy and legal research.
